Payment

Commissions can be paid either 100% upfront or 50% upfront and 50% after sketch approval.Refunds are unavailable.
Currently acceptable payment methods:

  • USD Amazon e-Gift Card (PDF invoice will be sent to you by email/DMs.)

  • Local Bank Transfer (Trinidad and Tobago)

Process and Delivery Timeline

Regular commissions: 3-7 days
Thumbnail commissions: 3-7 days
Emote commissions: 4-10 days per emote set (6 emotes)

Copyright and Usage

I, the artist, reserve the right to cancel the order at any time for any reason.Copyright of commissioned artwork belongs and remains to me.
I will NOT claim the intellectual property (IP) of the commissioned artwork.I will NOT profit further from the commissioned artwork, unless you, the client, break any of the terms.I reserve the right to post the commissioned artwork online as well as in my portfolio after it has been completed.YOU (THE CLIENT/COMMISSIONER):You MAY NOT use any part of the finished commission for NFTs, crypto etc. as it is prohibited. IF artwork I have created is listed as a NFT or is being resold for crypto, it is stolen. Report any reposts or resales to me immediately.

THE CLIENT CAN:

  • Print the art, and claim the right of their character(s) but not the drawing itself.

  • Use the copyrighted artwork for personal use only unless agreed otherwise.

  • Post the finished image of the commission, provided that proper credit is given to me via social media links. (For posted Thumbnails and Regular commissions, proper credit is required. For Emote commissions, no public credit is required.)

THE CLIENT CAN'T:

  • Alter the artwork without my, the artist's, consent. (i.e. removing the watermark, editing, etc.)

  • Take credit for the creation of the artwork as your very own.

  • Use the commission for commercial or profit purposes, unless discussed previously. (This excludes Emote commissions.)

  • You may NOT make profit of the commissioned artwork by redistributing, reselling, making prints, etc.)

  • ROYALTIES for musical artists/ video creators: If the commissioned artwork is to be used for profit via Spotify, YouTube, Soundcloud etc., and gains over 500k streams/views, I will receive 10% in profits of the original price of the commissioned artwork. If the song/video receives 1 million streams/views, I will receive 20% in profits. (2-5 mil - 25%, 5-15 mil - 30%)

By commissioning me, you have acknowledged that you read and agreed to the Terms of Service I have set.
